INTRODUCTION 1.1 Purpose These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are provided by CS PROPSER INTERNATIONAL – FZCO and its collaborators (collectively: “CS PROPSER INTERNATIONAL – FZCO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of our websites, platforms, applications, products, and services (collectively: the “Service”). You are referred to as “you” or “User”. 1.2 The Service The Service is an online portal that allows Users to review purchase conditions and buy digital educational products (including subscriptions, memberships, courses, and downloadable materials; collectively “Courses/Products”) under these Terms and other documents available through the Service. 1.3 No professional advisory relationship Nothing on the Service creates a professional-client relationship (e.g., legal, tax, financial, or other professional advisory relationship). You should seek independent professional advice if needed. ⸻ §2. DEFINITIONS • CS PROPSER INTERNATIONAL – FZCO – the entity providing the Service. • User – an individual or legal entity using the Service, acting professionally or with appropriate legal capacity under their local law. • Portal/Service – the website and related channels through which we provide access to Products and information. • Account – a User profile created on the Service used to access certain functions and/or Products. • ICT System – the software and devices used to store, process, and transmit data over the internet. ⸻ §3. GENERAL PROVISIONS 3.1 Eligibility The Service is available to individuals and entities with legal capacity. The minimum age is 18 (or the age of majority in your country of residence). Browsing the Service is free of charge. 3.2 Binding agreement By using the Service and/or purchasing Products, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. 3.3 User Account Creating an Account may be optional but can be required to purchase certain Products. Registration is performed online by completing the registration form and setting login credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for consequences of unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 Changes to content and access During the period of access to a purchased Product, we may change the schedule, structure, or replace certain materials (including changing instructors or modules) when necessary. Such changes do not create User claims against us. ⸻ §4. PAYMENTS 4.1 Payment providers Purchases can be made via payment providers available on the Service (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, or other cooperating payment operators). The price, currency, and payment method are displayed at checkout or on the payment operator’s page. 4.2 Digital delivery Delivery of digital Products occurs immediately after successful payment, with the possibility of delay up to 48 hours, and in exceptional cases up to 7 days due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Delivery is electronic only. 4.3 Refunds / withdrawal Because Products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, you acknowledge and agree that transactions are final and refunds are not available, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. ⸻ §5. ENFORCEMENT MEASURES & COMPLAINTS 5.1 Reporting violations Users and third parties may report violations of these Terms or issues related to electronic service provision by contacting us at: antonb.ecom@gmail.com. 5.2 Consequences of violations Violation of these Terms may result in: 1. a warning, 2. temporary suspension of the Account, 3. deletion of the Account (termination of the electronic services agreement). Account deletion does not create any User claims, including claims for compensation. 5.3 Complaint procedure Complaints should include: 1. identification of the reporting person/entity (sufficient to identify the Account), 2. a detailed description of the issue. We respond electronically, generally within 30 business days, with the right to extend by up to 30 business days when needed (e.g., complex identification or obstacles beyond our control). We may request additional explanations, which extends the response time accordingly. 5.4 Consent to electronic communication Submitting a complaint electronically is understood as consent to receive our reply electronically, in line with these Terms and our privacy principles. ⸻ §6. PRIVACY 6.1 Data processing By providing personal or identification data, you consent to its processing for the purposes necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, communicate with you, and operate our business. We process identification and contact data among others. 6.2 Security and sharing We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We may share data with employees, contractors, service providers, payment operators, and professional advisors (legal/accounting/IT) only to the extent necessary. 6.3 Analytics We may use traffic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand Service usage, improve functionality, and maintain security and compliance. Data may be processed in an aggregated/statistical manner where possible. 6.4 User rights You may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and filing a complaint with a supervisory authority, depending on applicable law. ⸻ §7. We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee the Service will be free from errors or interruptions. We may change minimum technical requirements at any time without prior notice. 8.2 Maintenance and outages We may temporarily or permanently limit or discontinue the Service, including for maintenance and security. You acknowledge you have no claims related to such interruptions or limitations. 8.3 Third-party websites We may link to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their content, subject matter, or your relationship with those third parties. You should verify where you are being redirected and with whom you are dealing. ⸻ §9. FINAL PROVISIONS 9.1 Effective date and changes These Terms are effective from 01 March 2022. We may change these Terms at any time. 9.2 Severability If any provision is invalid or incomplete, the rest of the Terms remains in force. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that best reflects its intent and purpose. 9.3 Assignment We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity (including due to restructuring or formation of a new company). 9.4 Disputes Disputes should be resolved amicably first, through mutual arrangements. Attempting amicable resolution is a condition before initiating court proceedings. If unresolved, disputes are settled by the court competent for our current registered seat. Claims cannot be pursued as class actions or collective proceedings. 9.5 Educational nature of content All videos, graphics, posts, and emails provided by us are informational and educational in nature.
